hey there lovely human, thank you for your interest in my creative world. I try to send these newsletters once a week, depending on where my body and energy is at, I skip some weeks.

I moved my newsletters from substack to this site in early 2025, it is run using the platform Ghost. I've combined the substack I shared writing in, chubby cheeks, with this as well, as the focus of my practice converges towards writing and creative facilitation.
