Four years ago, I took a leap from my well paying tech leadership job towards my creative dreams. I stepped into the role of business owner, offering coaching and facilitation to leaders and artists in my communities. In the early days, every rejection had me feel discouraged and lost, and I took many detours for education that too often proved constricting and rigid. I kept finding my way back to myself. I dreamed that my vision for our collective liberation and living well as artists would weave together with my skills in healing conversations with my communities. Bit by bit, my practice bloomed. The right teachers, books and mentors started to find their way to me. My faith in my own sovereign-self cemented itself into a steady hum.
I see parallels of my journey unfolding for leaders around me — so often the books, courses, and career pathways seem to be written for everyone that isn't us. We have propped up so many people as leaders, but now that everything is on the line for us, we are afraid to ask for support. We put on a brave face of determination so we can show up as a pillar for our community, yet inside we are terrified of rejection. We want our art to sustain us, but it sounds too ridiculous to say that out loud. We effort ourselves into burnout, because we are afraid of saying no. Our hearts yearn for when we are all free from the capitalist hellscape, our heads tell us that we are still stuck in this world and need to survive.
I created this container for you, light-bearing leader, who is leaping towards being the free architect of your own creative worlds.
Together, we will hold a lantern up to the worries and wounds that hold your creative dreams back.
The act of witnessing ourselves allows our perspective to shift, opening up the path for entirely new possibilities.

Who you are

The light-bearer's journey
Inspired by the Nines of the Tarot
The Nines of the Tarot represent space-times where at the end of a cycle, you get the chance to reflect on the journey, and make conscious choices, knowing that the whole cycle is about to be reset. The Nines show us our achievements and our fears, and offer us medicinal teachings for the future.
The healing power of the Nines do not rely on rules or discipline or external validation. They provide portals where we return to and actively choose joy, pleasure, love and creative expression as our fundamental rights, as earth beings. They locate us in Octavia Butler's revelation through Lauren Olamina in Parable of the Sower — "God is Change". In the places of the Nines, we clearly see the chaos and destruction, and we choose love anyway.

1. Astrology: See yourself to free yourself✨
The Nine of Air / Swords 🌩 ⚔ wants you to face fear and insecurity on how you and your work are perceived in the world. These are the thought loops that keep you up at night, pacing dimly lit convoluted alleyways of anxiety.
How would it feel to pause, take a breath, zoom out... and from afar, hold a soft lantern up to see what bogs you down?
Astrology has the power to ground you into our earth and solar system's wisdom on the changes unfolding around us, and the possibilities we cannot yet see.
What will be possible when you connect with your birth chart – your own unique cosmic map that lights up the patterns limiting you and how you release them?
2. Tarot: Practice belonging to Earth 🌽
The Nine of Fire / Wands ❤️🔥 🪄 has you wistful grieving the people, communities and identities you have had to shed, and the fear of being alone in the path you are paving.
Tarot and it's cast of characters and narratives meet you where you at, befriending you and connecting you with your own intuitive wisdom through visuals, mythology and storytelling.
From plant allies to ancestors, Tarot decks offer a portal to receiving guidance and support from an ecosystem that you already belong to.
Instead of abandoning yourself to feed other's dreams, your Tarot practice invites you to become self-possessed as a creator, dreamer and leader.
3. Human Design: Act on your own authority 🛶
The Nine of Water / Cups 🌊 🍵 envelopes you in the remembering of your deepest desires and the dreams that feel too powerful to dream. André 3000 wrote the soundtrack to this moment, a magnificent flute rendition from New Suns, titled "Dreams Once Buried Beneath The Dungeon Floor Slowly Sprout Into Undying Gardens".
How will you slowly sprout your dreams into "Undying Gardens"? When external structures and deadlines fall away, independent creatives 'hustle' their bodies into burnout, or struggle to find sustainable flow and focus.
Human Design's bodygraph sketches the ways your energy flows and shapes the world, and how you are shaped by the energies around you. The insights from this system will open you up to your unique energetic intelligence. You know exactly how to answer to your own authority, and develop the strategies that will keep you coming back to your commitment to your dreams.

4. Poetry: Feel your way to your dream world 🌹
The Nine of Earth / Pentacles 🥝 ⭐ wants us to bask in the sunlight and bathe our senses in pleasure. It wants us to BE. It wants us to FEEL.
Our feeling and being in our bodies threatens to topple the lies of colonial capitalism. Our pleasure, play, silliness, messiness, sleep and rest can become radical acts against empire when we choose to listen to our bodily desire.
Whether you consider yourself a poet or not, poetry is an intuitive technology available to us all — poetry as Audre Lorde defines in Poetry is not a Luxury, "a revelatory distillation of experience."
By becoming intimate with what we have felt and experienced, and alchemizing our memory through the senses, poetry helps you create a map of the future you are aching for. This map is a living, breathing document that magnetizes your dreamworld to you, bringing it into inevitable fruition.
When you look back at the poetry you create in this week, months and years from now, you will smile, completely enraptured by the intelligence of your intuition.
Meet your guide
I'm a poet, artist and diviner who came into this work from a background in technology, leadership and coaching. I'm a Leo Rising, Aries Moon and Taurus Sun, and a 2/4 Projector in Human Design.
My dialogue facilitation style is co-creative: I bring my skills, curiosity and knowledge to our conversation, and I see you as the expert in your own life, path and experiences. Together we can explore the challenges you bring to our sessions, and you always have autonomy over what and how you choose to incorporate any guidance or insights I offer. I love meeting you where you at in your creative, spiritual and leadership paths, and adapting any pedagogy to your learning needs.
I'm not a good fit if you're looking for practical next steps, to-dos, hard predictions, or directional advise on what you should do and how. I'm better suited to traverse the patterns and cycles that are hard to see in yourself, when you're making big changes. I support you in bringing warmth and tender care to those places so they can be loved, transformed, released, grieved and rebirthed.

All the details
illumi9ate is a 4 part offering, with weekly sessions that can be scheduled between Jan 25, 2026 and Feb 21, 2026, on Tuesdays/Thursdays/Fridays between 1pm-6pm PT. Each 1:1 conversation is 60-90 minutes long – we will close each container when the session feels mutually complete.
Before we begin, I'll send you an intake questionnaire to learn more about the leap you are making towards your creative freedom and how I can best support you, and Relationship Agreements that will anchor our collaboration. Each session weaves together liberatory coaching, divination and pedagogy, tailored to your unique goals, needs and prior knowledge with any of the modalities we are working with. You are welcome if you are a beginner or an expert, if you feel called to do this work. After each session, I will send you an email with post-session reflection questions and poetry pairings for each week.
Sessions happen on whereby, an online video call platform that works from the browser, no installs needed. While you are welcome to keep your video on, I will mostly be audio only during the sessions. I offer the option to record and caption the calls for you to revisit.
The cost for the entire program is 2025 CAD, which can be paid all at once, or on a 2 month payment plan if you need. I can take payments by card via Stripe, or e-transfer.
